Pack up your car, bring your family and friends, and come hang out with us at South Beach (Day Use Area) near Newport on Saturday, May 18.
We’ll have some optional activities for all ages throughout the day along with music, great food, and a ton of fun. There is no agenda but to relax, enjoy, and be in community!
Come whether you’re young or young at heart, attached or single, new or have been around for ages. It will be a great day together!

12:00pm Welcome and Share Plan for the dayll!!!
12:15pm Lunch Provided (catered by Island Time Catering with bagged lunches for the kids)
1:30pm Competitions/Activities Begin
3:30pm Clean Up & Head Home

South Beach Day Use:
The day use area offers a large parking lot, restrooms, and a sandy trail over a foredune to the beach. It takes just over an hour from NWH to the South Beach Day Use area.

Do I need to sign up for this event?
Knowing a rough number to expect will help us with overall planning. If you know you plan to attend, please fill out a very brief registration form.

Do you need volunteers?
Yes we do! We need greeters, referees, activity helpers for 2-7 year olds, and clean-up volunteers. Let us know if you want to help!
What if the weather on the coast is terrible that day?
We are moving the fun to the NWH campus. We can still do all the most important things together inland!
