This year at Northwest Hills, we’re stepping into a clear calling: Doing Whatever it Takes to live as Servants and Stewards.
Jesus modeled a life of humble service and faithful stewardship, and we want to follow His lead. As servants, we meet real needs with open hands. As stewards, we use what God has entrusted to us for His kingdom.
Throughout the year, you’ll see opportunities to serve individually, with your Community Group, and church-wide. These aren’t just volunteer roles; they’re invitations to live on mission together.

INDIVIDUAL Serving Opportunities

Help lead others in worship, whether it’s on stage or behind the scenes running sound or media. Every role plays a part in creating a meaningful worship experience!

Pour into the next generation! From small group mentoring to fun events and Sunday gatherings, you’ll help students (4th grade-seniors in HS) grow in their faith and build real community.

Prepare and serve delicious coffee or snacks to everyone! A smile and a warm cup of coffee go a long way on a Sunday morning!

Teach and serve the next generation by helping serve in a kids classroom, teaching kids about Jesus, watching littles in the nursery, or serving with kid check-in!

Serve as a greeter, an usher, or welcome visitors and share NWH information at the Connect Desk! We want to show the love of Jesus as they begin their Sunday at church!

Keep our church safe and welcoming! This team is dedicated to creating a secure environment so families can focus on worship without worry.

Capture moments that tell the story of what God is doing at NWH! Whether through photos or videos, you’ll help bring our community to life through visual storytelling.

Be a source of encouragement and hope by praying with people after services. It’s a powerful way to share God’s love and stand with others in their faith journey.

The Care Closet is a community service ministry in partnership with Love INC of Benton County, serving local families in need by equipping them with clothing and shoes for kids from newborn to 18 years-old.

Matthew’s gospel gives us a window into what moved Jesus to serve (see Mt. 9:36, 14:14, 15:32, 20:34). When He looked at people, he didn’t grow frustrated or impatient, he grew compassionate. That compassion moved Jesus to actively meet their needs.
This Christmas we have the great opportunity to see people and their needs, be moved by the compassion of Jesus, and actively meet needs. Grab a tag from our Christmas tree in the lobby and partner with us and LOVE INC as we practical care for people in our community.
Spring Clean at Tadmor

AT CAMP TADMOR,
This April our whole church family gets to serve one of our favorite ministry partners, Camp Tadmor. Bring the family and join with us as we head up the mountain on Saturday, April 25th and help our partners get ready for a new summer of ministry. We’ve got projects for young and old and everyone in-between. Plus… we’ll even feed you a feast of a lunch!

JUNE 12
AT CAMP TADMOR,
In June we get to bless all the incoming staff of Tadmor by serving them a great meal, hearing about how we can pray for them throughout the summer and then praying over each team member and their ministry. It will be a great launch for their ministry into the lives of hundreds of campers and counselors, and a fantastic chance for us to be real partners in the gospel.
