NWH Marriage Ministry supports couples in building Christ-centered marriage relationships. We know that having a thriving marriage is an investment that requires hard work. Allow us to come alongside you as we nurture our marriages and celebrate God’s design for lasting love.
MARRIAGE MENTORING
A casual, "come alongside," format that includes quarterly get-togethers (every other as couples, every other as genders) and ongoing support as is helpful. The mentoring couple is also a couple the mentees can reach out to when specific needs for advice or support arise.
discipleship mentoring
Conventional Mentoring is a 8-10 week, intensive program. During which mentors prompt and facilitate respectful and effective conversations between the mentee couple, teaching them simple communication techniques and challenging them with scriptures and weekly homework.

COMMUNITY marriage resources
THE THIRD OPTION (TTO) CLASSES
Taught by Friends of the Family, TTO classes cycle continuously through 14 relationship topics, one per week, and teach skills and strategies around those things. Each session is stand alone, so participants can come to any session and can attend multiple sessions in any order.

Nearly/Newly married workShop
Getting married soon? Newly married? Every couple hopes their relationship will last—but lasting marriages don’t happen by accident. This experience is designed to help couples intentionally build the skills and habits that strengthen connection, deepen understanding, and prepare them for the challenges and opportunities that come with life together.
You’ll begin with a personalized relationship assessment and then participate in a fun, practical one-day workshop focused on key areas that contribute to healthy, resilient marriages. After the workshop, you’ll receive three personalized coaching sessions to help you apply what you’ve learned to your unique relationship.
