The letter to the Colossians helps us understand who the real Jesus is by describing his nature and works. Jesus was not bland, passive, or simply a nice idea. Instead, Jesus was honest, powerful, and unpredictable. He’s gracious towards sinners and hostile towards sin. Don't settle for a cheap Jesus; strive to know the real Jesus the best you can.
